Worldwide Shipping & Customs
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS or FedEx. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped: Europe (EU): 48/72 hours. USA/Canada: 3-5 working days. Rest of World: 5-8 working days. You will receive a Tracking Number to follow your package.
Do I have to pay Customs Duties?
EU Customers: No duties.
Non-EU Customers (USA, UK, etc.): Yes, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged by the courier upon delivery.
Is the packaging safe?
Absolutely. We use robust boxes and protective materials to ensure knives and delicate items arrive in perfect condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe/Nexi), PayPal, and Advance Bank Transfer.
Is shopping Tax-Free for non-EU customers?
Yes! If your shipping address is outside the European Union, our system automatically removes the Italian VAT (22%) at checkout. You pay the net price.
Is it safe to pay by Credit Card?
Yes, we use SSL encrypted protocols and secure gateways. Your bank may ask for 3D Secure authentication code to authorize the transaction.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped yet, yes. Contact us immediately. If it has already been shipped, you will have to wait for delivery and proceed with a return.
Products & Maintenance
Can I wash knives in the dishwasher?
We strongly advise against it for high-quality knives. Harsh detergents and impacts can damage the edge and handles. Please wash by hand with warm water and dry immediately.
Are the products original?
Absolutely. We are official dealers for all brands we sell (Kai, Wusthof, Extrema Ratio, Spyderco, etc.). Every product comes with its official warranty.
What does "Available in 7/10 days" mean?
It means the product is not physically in our shop but is available at the supplier. We order it for you and ship it as soon as it arrives (usually within a week).
Why does my stainless knife have spots?
Even stainless steel can oxidize if left dirty or wet (especially with acids like lemon). "Stainless" means it resists rust, not that it is immune.
Services & Returns
How does Laser Engraving work?
You can request a custom laser engraving (name, date, or logo) directly on the product page. It costs between €10 and €30 and does not delay shipping.
Can I return an engraved product?
No. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, as they cannot be resold.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Certainly. Select the "Gift Wrap" option in the cart. We will remove prices and prepare an elegant package.
