EU Customers: All prices include Italian VAT (22%) where applicable.
Non-EU Customers (USA, UK, etc.): Prices are automatically displayed Tax-Free (VAT Excluded) at checkout once the shipping address is entered.
Note: We reserve the right to change prices without notice or cancel orders in case of obvious errors in the displayed price.
2. How to Order & Legal Restrictions
The online order constitutes your offer to purchase. The contract is concluded only upon our acceptance, confirmed via email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if:
- Items are unavailable.
- Payment authorization cannot be obtained.
- There is a pricing error.
- The buyer does not meet legal requirements (e.g., under 18).
Purchase on this site is restricted to persons over 18 years of age.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to check and comply with local laws regarding the importation and possession of knives/swords in their own country/state. Coltelleria Collini is not responsible for customs seizures due to local restrictions.

International Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.
For shipments outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Switzerland), import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery (DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid).
