Bread bag

The bread bag is ideal for transporting and storing homemade bread. It keeps the bread fresh and juicy for a long time. Tested against harmful substances in accordance with Öko-Tex 100. It is made of 100% cotton and has a drawstring. The bag is washable at 30° C and measures 38 cm x 45 cm.

Perforated baking tray 25 cm

Bread pan, high quality perforated carbon steel, first class brand non-stick coating, PFOA-free, with recipe ideas readable via QR code. Easy to clean by hand FRESH CRUCIANT BREAD FROM YOUR OVEN Prepare your own bread, free of additives, artificial raising agents or preservatives and with a little side effect of saving money. And don't forget the smell when you open the oven door and hold your homemade bread in your hands. In order for you to be successful in this project, Birkmann has tested it, a bread pan made of perforated high-quality carbon steel that therefore guarantees optimum heat distribution. The fine perforation ensures that excess moisture can escape during baking, then a good non-stick coating so that your bread slides out of the pan effortlessly after baking.

Recommended method of use:

Flour the leavening basket;

Place the loaf inside (bottom side up) and cover with a tea towel;

Leave the dough to rise for the desired length of time;

Turn the basket with the risen dough upside down onto a baking tray, remove the basket and bake in the oven;

To clean the basket: beat it well and, if necessary, use the residual heat from the oven to dry it (max. 100°C).

The handles are made of antique walnut and oiled wood, while the blade made of stainless steel is sharpened and picked up by hand on the stone by skilled artisan hands.
Being a model without a return spring, the fixing of the blade to the handle is ensured by a solid brass safety ring with a special locking device (covered by patent n.1187282 deposited again in 1985 by the Todesco company of Maniago which is an active partner of this project) that can be activated both in the open position and in the closed position.
