The Giant Mamba has a tanto blade in Böhler N690 steel, 6.3 mm thick with a hardness of 58 HRC, flat edge and full-length lightening fuller.

The Forprene handle with threaded tang lock makes the knife solid and well-balanced. The sheath, M.O.L.L.E. compatible, is made of shock-absorbing nylon with a conical guide for quick insertion and extraction and a system that prevents shaking noises, it is equipped with a two-button safety flap, a thigh with anti-rotation rubber reinforcement and an ambidextrous reversible safety: simply pressing the trigger unlocks the blade.

ROK, which is part of the SOLID knives family obtained from a single piece of aluminum or titanium, has two important innovations:

* the introduction of the new H.WAYL System; this is a LionSteel patent that allows the clip to disappear inside the handle during use of the knife. The clip can only appear when needed.

* the introduction of NFC technology in the knife box. With this system, the user no longer has to search for product information, but the knife itself makes it available: maintenance instructions, in-depth information on the production process, or more general information on LionSteel.

As was already the case for the TRE model, the user has the option of removing the flipper, thus opting for a more traditional two-handed blade opening. The ROK also features the Rotoblock safety system and a steel tip on the end of the blade lock bar: this prevents possible breakages or wear caused by the blade itself.

Knife withdrawn from private collection, like new, with original case - Model "made in Switzerland" made in collaboration with Klotzli in 1994 in about 1,000 numbered examples on the blade (about 500 plain edge and about 500 partially serrated) based on a design by famous American designer Michael Walker. Knife that combines two qualities difficult to match, especially in those years; lightness and sturdiness. Elegant gentlemen, easy to open and close with one hand thanks to the Liner-Lock system, invented by Walker himself. Peculiarities of this very rare production are also the engravings on blade and clip made by excision and not by laser.
