The compact Kai Select 100 Mini Stainless Steel Grater DH-8037 grater, fine is ideal for grating ginger, garlic or nutmeg. The small holes on the stainless steel grater are razor-sharp, allowing you to grate ingredients very finely. This is perfect for incorporating these ingredients into your dishes or, for example, making fresh ginger tea by adding grated ginger to hot water. The handle ensures a comfortable grip while grating. After use, it is important to clean the grater thoroughly with warm water and soap.

The grater is dishwasher safe, for extra convenience. Made of high-quality stainless steel, this versatile grater retains its sharp stainless steel holes for a long time and is dishwasher safe.

These Kai Shun Multipurpose Scissors are multi-purpose scissors for the kitchen. You'll be amazed at the many uses of these versatile scissors. From opening packages, to cutting flower stems or cutting herbs. You can easily take the scissors apart to clean them. As such, you know for sure that no dirt will get caught in between the blades.

Besides the scissors, there are other handy features. For example, these scissors include a nut cracker, bottle opener and a 'bone notch' that allows you to cut poultry bones or joints. At the end of the scissors are two flathead screwdrivers that also act as a lid opener to pry off lids.

The scissors are made from 420J2 stainless steel and the handles are made from glass-filled nylon. This is extra strong nylon that is resistant to drops and bumps. Another handy feature easily overlooked is the ribbed texture on the inside of the handle parts. Use this to easily open bottles with a stubborn screw cap by placing both ribbed insides around the cap. So you can use the scissors as a lever, the ridges provide a good grip on the cap.

This type of traditional Japanese knives has been produced for hundreds of years in similar forms. This series fascinates thanks to its satin blade of high-carbon steel with a hardness of about 58HRC.
