Each tool has double ends, so double function in one tool. The ergonomic handle and non-slip "soft" rubber grip make it easy to use. One end allows you to score fondant to insert a real ribbon at the edge of cakes.

Great for making details of complex figures. Also used for embossing work with serrated figures.

The C-shaped end is perfect for drawing smiles in faces, the serrated end, on the other hand, is used to imprint dotted lines in sugar paste for example for a stitching effect.
