Carbon is Opinel's original steel. The N°08 Forge features a rough blade forged from carbon steel that provides excellent cutting quality. The blade is ground only on the underside, thus giving a hammered look to the top that gives even more character to this pocket knife.  The oiled ebony handle is carved with irregular facets. Limited edition of 6,000 pieces.

Master of Defense, an eclectic American brand no longer in business and subsequently acquired by Blackhawk!
