Details
The express coffee maker is made entirely of duraluminum, a lightweight and durable material.
The special thickness of the bottom makes it suitable for any heat source except induction.
Instructions for use:
- Fill the bottom of the coffee maker with water until you reach the brass safety valve located on one side.
- Insert the funnel filter and fill it with ground coffee, without pressing it down.
- Make sure that the filter plate and gasket are properly seated in their seats at the top of the coffee maker.
- Screw the top firmly onto the bottom, ensuring a tight seal.
Cooking:
- For optimal coffee crema, use ground coffee and adjust the flame or heat source to the lowest setting, keeping the lid open throughout the boiling phase.
- After about four minutes, coffee will begin to fill the collector through the openings on the center column.
Removal:
- When the binder is full of aromatic coffee, remove the coffee pot from the heat. This helps prolong the life of the seals.
Maintenance:
- Wash the coffee maker with soap and water. Never use soda or potash, as they can damage the aluminum.
- To brighten the exterior of the coffee pot, use a commercially available liquid metal product.
- To ensure optimal operation at all times, perform a thorough cleaning of the coffee maker periodically.
