The Microtech Stitch is a beautiful tactical collaboration between Tony Marfione and Sebastijan Berenji, AKA Borka. It takes Sebastijan's fantastic Stitch design and combines it with Tony's superb opening mechanisms to create one of the most beautiful manufacturing collaborations ever.

The Amphibian is a true Marfione classic dating back over 20 years. It comes from a bygone era when Microtech knives could be both automatic and manual--in one. Here we have the manual version that incorporates Tony's RAM-LOK design with a reversible pocket clip and two thumb studs for a fully ambidextrous knife that sacrifices nothing in any way. It features Bohler's proprietary M390MK steel, available only from Microtech Knives. The knife is similar to the MSI Microtech Standard in terms of size, but when it comes to style, there is no comparison. How to use it:

Remove excess soil: lightly shake the mushrooms to remove the most visible dirt.

Brush gently: using circular movements, use the brush to thoroughly clean the surface and gills.

Rinse briefly: if necessary, rinse quickly under cold water for a few seconds.

Fallkniven Three Kronor TK1

The “Three Kronor” line blends the latest martensitic technologies with the ancient roots of the Swedish royal family.
In fact, these knives are the only ones that can boast the royal symbol of three crowns placed on the blade and on the beautiful wooden box that contains the knife and sheath.
The rolled steel used is currently one of the best industrial steels on the market and is composed of an inner sheet of SGPS from powder, a steel already used for the U2 model, at 62HRC coupled with two outer sheaths of VG2. The knives thus reveal exceptional cutting, penetration and edge-holding qualities.

MEATER Plus is the Bluetooth 4.0 meat thermometer designed by MEATER. Completely wireless and with a range of up to 50 metres, you will be able to perfectly cook steaks, chicken, turkey, fish and many other meats on any occasion.

FREE MEATER APP

The MEATER app, through which you connect the probe to your devices, is easy and intuitive to use. Select the meat you want to cook, the cut and the cooking mode (rare, medium, well done, ..).

The app will automatically calculate the internal temperature to be reached, estimate the total cooking time, and show you both the meat core temperature, which is always up-to-date and accurate, and the room temperature. MEATER PLUS: FEATURES

The MEATER Plus meat probe incorporates a dual sensor: the internal temperature sensor can withstand temperatures of up to 100°C and the ambient temperature sensor up to 275°C.

Constructed of stainless steel and with a ceramic handle, it resists high temperatures, water and dust, as well as being quick and easy to clean. It is also dishwasher-safe.

The included AAA battery guarantees up to 100 recharges, while the probe monitors the temperature for up to 24 hours on a full charge. Thanks to the LED, you can tell if the battery needs to be replaced and the status of the connection. The elegant bamboo base also functions as a charging dock. The back also has magnets, so you can leave it resting on the barbecue or wherever you like.
