The Swoopy makes a splash! Knife designer and U.S. Marine Corps expert Michael Burch, from the U.S. state of Idaho, performs like no other on the EDC stage with this new Boker Plus. Fine materials, elegant features, and high-quality workmanship mean the Swoopy has plenty of groupies.

The Modified-Wharncliffe Nitro-V ball-bearing blade with stonewash finish opens smoothly through the thumb hole; the sturdy stainless steel frame lock and non-slip catches ensure safe work even in tough conditions. Vertical grooves in the sand-brown G10 handle's front cheekpiece ensure a firm grip and stylishly reflect the knife maker's tactical experience. The tip-up clip and lanyard hole make the knife pocket-sized and easy to carry.

As one of the four smiths, the dwarf Dvalin crafted the Brisingamen necklace for the Germanic goddess of love, Freya. In Norse mythology, this special jewel was attributed with magic, love, but also pain and suffering. Freya's tears in the sky always promised rich fruits on earth.

However, it was the wrath of the father of the gods, Odin, that often drove the goddess of love to instigate wars in the world of men. Dirk Hofmeister from Midgards Messer was inspired by the art of Nordic forging and created the folding blade version of the beloved Little Dvalin.

The powerful Dvalin Folder Tanto stands out for its compact size and features a Tanto blade in D2 steel with ball bearings, finished with a rough stonewash appearance and equipped with a deep groove on both sides for opening the folding knife using the recess as a nail lever.

The groove on the top of the blade provides a secure support for the thumb during complex cutting operations. Despite the wrath of the gods, the well-formed and partially grooved G10 handle always fits firmly in the hand. On the back of the handle is the stainless steel Frame Lock that securely locks the blade.

With a commercial 3D printer, it is possible to print alternative handles in a variety of shapes, colors, and materials. The Tip-Up (r) clip mirrors the texture of the handle, while the hole for the lanyard enhances ease of use. It comes with a high-quality nylon case for storage.

In Norse mythology, Andhrimnir tirelessly took care of the physical well-being of the gods and the honorably fallen heroes, who thoroughly enjoyed their existence in the carefree warriors' paradise, Valhalla.

For this purpose, he slaughtered the beast Sæhrimnir day after day, which was then resurrected at night to be eaten again the following day. A fleeting glance at Midgard (the Norse term for earth/world) would have elevated the chef's status even further in the eyes of the gods. This is because the knife craftsman Dirk Hofmeister knows like no other how to create mythical blades infused with Norse magic.

The Andhrimnir Mini bears the unmistakable hallmarks of Midgard's full tang constructed knives, with a 6mm thick Wharncliffe blade made of D2 in a two-tone finish with grooves on both sides and jimpings to ensure optimal functionality and maximum stability for all daily cutting tasks. The ergonomic and milled handles* made of G10 allow for comfortable and effortless work.
