Fallkniven Three Kronor TK1

The “Three Kronor” line blends the latest martensitic technologies with the ancient roots of the Swedish royal family.
In fact, these knives are the only ones that can boast the royal symbol of three crowns placed on the blade and on the beautiful wooden box that contains the knife and sheath.
The rolled steel used is currently one of the best industrial steels on the market and is composed of an inner sheet of SGPS from powder, a steel already used for the U2 model, at 62HRC coupled with two outer sheaths of VG2. The knives thus reveal exceptional cutting, penetration and edge-holding qualities.

Fällkniven AB celebrates its 40th anniversary in the international knife market with a special version of its bestseller, the F1 Pilot survival knife, now made of high-quality Swedish steel (Elmax). This special model originates from 1987, when the Swedish Air Force commissioned Fällkniven to develop a new survival knife for the technical environment of the JAS 39 Griffin system.

The first delivery of thousands of F1 knives to the Swedish Armed Forces took place in August 1995, and sales to the civilian market began the following year. The success was remarkable: Fällkniven introduced an innovative philosophy for survival knives, in stark contrast to the outdated technologies that had dominated the development of combat and survival knives since World War II.

All you need to create new ideas and new chocolate eggs is a mold and a good quality of chocolate. You will find this rigid polycarbonate mold the ideal professional tool for making 4 x 70 g chocolate eggs.
Proper tempering is a prerequisite for obtaining shiny, streak-free chocolate that looks inviting and is easy to melt. Below are two methods for tempering shiny-looking chocolate. Bain-marie: melt chocolate at a temperature between 40° and 45° C. Pour 2/3 of the melted chocolate onto the cold surface, preferably marble, and, with the help of spatulas, work it quickly so that it reaches a temperature of about 28°C. Pour the processed chocolate into the remaining melted chocolate and stir until the mass is homogeneous and reaches a temperature of 32°C for dark chocolate, 30°C for milk chocolate and 29°C for white chocolate. In the microwave: melt the broken chocolate on medium power for about 1 minute. Take it out of the microwave and stir it. Do this minute by minute until the chocolate is completely melted. Check that the chocolate has reached the right temperature, which is 32°C for dark chocolate, 30°C for milk chocolate, and 29°C for white chocolate. Fill a sàc a poche with the tempered chocolate and pour it into the cavities of the professional polycarbonate molds.
