Chowa Knives The word "chowa" means the pursuit of harmony, which is evident in the knife range through the combination of Japanese craftsmanship tradition and technical know-how.
The handle, inspired by the traditional Japanese hammer, is soft in the hand and its shape prevents wrist fatigue.

Kyocera's high technological and quality standards result in ceramic knives with timeless aesthetics combined with precision cutting. The unique properties of Kyocera ceramic knives make cooking a pleasure: the smooth surface of the blade allows for precise cuts, the extreme hardness of the material ensures excellent edge retention, as well as being incredibly lightweight and extremely resistant to corrosion.
