Citadel Knives and Swords is a sword and knife manufacturer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Despite the country's reputation as an exotic and remote location, the company is easily accessible, located close to the city's international airport. The workshop is modest but houses an impressive range of high-quality Japanese swords and knives.

Founded by Dominique Eluere in the 1990s, Citadel has combined the expertise of French and local craftsmen to produce blades that rival the best in the world. Eluere began by training Cambodian blacksmiths to make French table knives, later evolving into the production of Japanese swords.

The quality of Citadel swords is world renowned, thanks to the use of traditional Japanese techniques and a meticulous manufacturing process. Each katana is heat treated, creating a blade with varying hardness along the edge and spine, a hallmark of true katanas. The hilt is fully encased in high-quality stingray leather, a rarity compared to common panels.

Attention to detail extends to every element, with every component custom-made for each blade. This includes the tsuba (sword guard) and habaki (blade collar), both of which are hand-crafted and fitted, ensuring perfect fit and functionality.

Fallkniven Three Kronor TK1

The “Three Kronor” line blends the latest martensitic technologies with the ancient roots of the Swedish royal family.
In fact, these knives are the only ones that can boast the royal symbol of three crowns placed on the blade and on the beautiful wooden box that contains the knife and sheath.
The rolled steel used is currently one of the best industrial steels on the market and is composed of an inner sheet of SGPS from powder, a steel already used for the U2 model, at 62HRC coupled with two outer sheaths of VG2. The knives thus reveal exceptional cutting, penetration and edge-holding qualities.

The first delivery of thousands of F1 knives to the Swedish Armed Forces took place in August 1995, and sales to the civilian market began the following year. The Fallkniven H1 knife is a very handy knife with impressive strength. The H1 is our first true hunting knife and encapsulates the history of Nordic Scandinavian cutlery art. Because of this heritage, the H1 does not have a standard finger guard, but grip security is improved by the ergonomic thermorun plastic handle.

The special design of the H1 blade is used to work game while hunting. The H1 knife may look different, but it works very well. In many ways, the performance of a knife depends on the person holding it. Knowing where and how to properly carve game goes beyond the knife. Hunters must avoid wrong cuts, keep hair off the meat, avoid cutting organs, and minimize blood flowing onto the game and the hunter. In designing the Belone, Danish Jesper Voxnaes started from typical lines of the Italian regional tradition, perfectly reworked according to his modern, minimalist style that has made him famous worldwide. The result is a light, tapered folding knife embellished with refined details, such as the holes in the back of the handle.
The Böhler M390 Microclean steel gives the Belone excellent cutting qualities, and the ball bearings make it the fastest flipper opening, perfectly integrated into the overall design. The carefully crafted ergonomically designed handle has an anodized titanium frame enclosed between thin carbon fiber folders. The Belone's clip is attached to the spacer so that the knife disappears completely into the pocket, maintaining maximum discretion.
