In designing the Belone, Danish Jesper Voxnaes started from typical lines of the Italian regional tradition, perfectly reworked according to his modern, minimalist style that has made him famous worldwide. The result is a light, tapered folding knife embellished with refined details, such as the holes in the back of the handle.
The Böhler M390 Microclean steel gives the Belone excellent cutting qualities, and the ball bearings make it the fastest flipper opening, perfectly integrated into the overall design. The carefully crafted ergonomically designed handle has an anodized titanium frame enclosed between thin carbon fiber folders. The Belone's clip is attached to the spacer so that the knife disappears completely into the pocket, maintaining maximum discretion.

This irish coffe and hot chocolate set consists of:

Hot chocolate preparation:

To prepare this delicious chocolate drink, start by bringing 250 ml of milk to a boil with the pith extracted from 1/4 vanilla pod and the pod itself. Once it reaches boiling point, turn off the flame and remove the vanilla stick, leaving the delicious flavor behind.

Add 25g of dark chocolate (with at least 70 percent cocoa), finely chopped, and about 8g of sugar to the milk for a balanced sweetness. Stir carefully until the chocolate is completely dissolved in the milk, creating a creamy, velvety mixture.

Finally, crown your creation with a generous portion of whipped cream.
