The M23 Ranger Cub knife features a 6.5-centimeter carbon steel blade with an induction-hardened edge at 62 HRC. Remember that carbon steel always requires some care, so keep the blade clean and wash and dry it after each use. You can also apply a little oil to the blade from time to time. With proper care, corrosion is kept at bay and the blade remains intact.

The handle material is TPV, thermoplastic vulcanized, a type of rubber-like plastic material that resists wear, impact, chemicals and temperature changes almost indefinitely. The secure grip remains firm even in wet conditions.

Thanks to the Kydex sheath, the knife can be easily carried on the belt in a horizontal position.

In designing the Belone, Danish Jesper Voxnaes started from typical lines of the Italian regional tradition, perfectly reworked according to his modern, minimalist style that has made him famous worldwide. The result is a light, tapered folding knife embellished with refined details, such as the holes in the back of the handle.
The Böhler M390 Microclean steel gives the Belone excellent cutting qualities, and the ball bearings make it the fastest flipper opening, perfectly integrated into the overall design. This year's colors come from the 17th century Mora folk dress, one of Sweden's oldest folk dresses. Here the green fabric meets the classic Dala Red color typical of our knives. Together, they breathe new life into the color combination that once made the people of Mora famous all over the world.

Mora folk dress is still worn by people on special occasions, such as midsummer, weddings or folk music events. Over the years, the dress has undergone few changes and has remained largely the same as it always has. The Ant is the most compact among Extrema Ratio's folding knives. Despite its small size, this model features an extremely sturdy, durable, and reliable structure.

The handle is made of two different elements: the cheek piece crafted from anodized anticorodal aluminum and the hardened steel frame which also serves as the blade lock (Frame Lock System). This mechanism involves a part of the frame bending inward to firmly secure the blade in the open position, enhancing the user's safety during the knife's use.

The tang features a hole for the insertion of a lanyard, and on the right side of the handle, there is a steel clip that allows for concealed carry in the pocket.

The Ant is available in 4 versions with two different types of steel, both provided by Böhler, an Austrian company with which Extrema Ratio has been collaborating for over 20 years, using its highly esteemed materials for the production of its blades.

For the Stone Washed M390 version, Extrema Ratio uses Böhler M390 steel, thermally treated to 61 HRC, which, thanks to a powder metallurgy production process, ensures cutting effectiveness, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance over time.

The blade is sheep foot-shaped and has a small hole on the top part to facilitate opening. Its particular structure, with a straight edge, allows the user to comfortably rest their fingers on the back of the knife and use it with ease.
