XF2520 ROUND MICRO PERFORATED STAINLESS STEEL BANDS MORE INFO Pavoni Italia and Gianluca Fusto presented the innovative Progetto Crostate, the new way to conceive the tart which are amazing to the taste and to the view. The concept starts with the creation of a mix of equipment to allow the chef to obtain tarts with perfect finishing; the key product of this system are the micro perforated stainless steel frames: the micro holes let the shortcrust pastry to hang onto the frame, avoiding the border collapsing during baking and a perfect browning of the basis H 2 cm Ø 25 cm  baked tart 14/16 portions

The B41 is a bushcraft fixed blade knife designed for multiple field uses and, at the same time, easy to handle due to its small size and low weight.

The B41 is equipped with a Sleipner steel blade with a stone-washed finish that allows, among other things, to carve the wood with ease. The knurled handle offers excellent grip. It has a flat shank on the back which can be rubbed on the flint to light the fire. This operation can be carried out in total safety by keeping the B41 tucked in its real leather sheath, perfectly shaped on its profile.

Cast iron teapots were invented in ancient China and later developed by the Japanese who made them both functional and decorative.

A specific treatment to the teapot allows cast iron impurities to be removed, and an additional enameling process protects its interior over the years.

Cast iron teapot magenta enamelled (inside) with internal steel filter.

Pour water at the right temperature for the chosen Tea.

Place the leaves in the filter. Respect the infusion time.

If you use the teapot to boil water, you should remove the filter while boiling and use a flame spreader to be placed between the teapot and the gas flame.

To make the best use of cast-iron teapots and make them last over time, it is advisable to precede the first use with this procedure: pour plenty of boiling water into the teapot, leave it there for a few minutes then throw it away. Repeat this 3-4 times, then dry the teapot with a cloth. Afterwards, it will be sufficient to remember never to wash it with detergent and to dry it immediately with a cloth after washing.

You should also avoid putting the cast iron teapot in contact with oil or salt because it may ruin the inner enamel.
