AdHoc - Garlic press with chopping board - ROCCAALIO 

Fresh garlic enhances many dishes and is very healthy.

For all fans of the big bulb, AdHoc now presents 'RoccaAlio', the new garlic press with cutting board. 

It crushes garlic effortlessly for uniform results and the best possible flavours, because here it is pressed, not crushed.

The 'GridCut' laser-cut stainless steel blade with a large working area achieves an efficient result.

The elegant 'RoccaAlio' designed by Robert Franzheld is practical and ergonomic to use; its handle made of high-quality acacia wood is comfortable to hold. In addition, the solid cutting board is made of robust, natural and food-friendly acacia wood: thanks to its antibacterial properties, the wood is particularly suitable for use with food.

The high-quality product is dishwasher-safe so that it can be used for multiple purposes related to delicious garlic-flavoured dishes.

The AD-10 Lite is the cheaper version of the AD-10 folder with which it shares most of the features, style and high-performance potential such as our unique Tri-Ad Lock, blade configurations and steel thickness. However, we chose to use less expensive materials in manufacturing: for example, instead of G-10 handles we used GFN and for the blade steel we chose to use an AUS 10A instead of CPM-S35VN while still remaining razor sharp and ready for action!

Sanelli and Biomaster have developed permanent antibacterial protection for the handles of Premana line knives through the use of silver ions.
Biomaster is a silver ion-based, inorganic additive suitable for imparting antibacterial characteristics to plastics that safely inhibits microbial growth from the first few minutes, reaching almost total inhibition within 24 hours. Once incorporated into a product, Biomaster becomes an integral part of it providing safe, effective and inexhaustible antimicrobial protection.
Laboratory tests have shown that Biomaster, incorporated into the handles of Sanelli Premana Professional Line knives, is effective in the permanent microbiological eradication of Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) to the extent of 99.7 percent, obtaining ISO22196:20111 certification.
