Da un’idea del 2007 di Fabrice David, Pavoni e il maestro Gianluca Fusto hanno saputo mettere a punto un sistema per realizzare facilmente delle crostate impeccabili al palato e alla vista.
L’idea innovativa nasce nel creare un mix di attrezzature che possano permettere di ottenere delle crostate dalla finitura perfetta.
Prodotto di punta di questo sistema. La presenza dei microfori permette di sostenere i bordi della torta evitando il collasso dei bordi in cottura e una doratura ottimale dei fondi.
Il tappetino in silicone traforato, grazie alla sua anti aderenza è il complemento perfetto da abbinare alla teglia.
