Five different ultra sharp blades covering all types of cuts: the cheese finely grated zest and citrus, chocolate chips and cuts vegetables. In the corners there are windows measuring ingredients while being grated. On either side of the largest two different blades: fine, perfect for citrus zest or spices to give a touch gourmet pies and pasta dishes or a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on velvety vegetable; ideal for thick slivers of aged cheese or cut carrots and ginger. On the opposite side there is the extra coarse blade, suitable for slicing vegetables such as cabbage, zucchini and potatoes. But there's more! In Pentabox we are also average double blade, perfect for soft cheeses such as mozzarella and ricotta salata, and the blade in large flakes that allows you to create precisely true chocolate curls and parmesan.
