Ricetta:
Ingredienti 80 g di frutti di bosco/ 300 g di farina/ 40 g di cacao/ 1 bustina di lievito/ 3 pizzichi di sale/ 140 g di zucchero di canna/ 100 g di cioccolato fondente tritato/ 260 g di latte/ 2 uova/ 100 g di burro Setaccia la farina con il lievito, il sale e il cacao, poi aggiungi lo zucchero. Sbatti le uova, unisci il latte e versa tutto sulla farina. Mescola senza lavorare troppo il composto, che deve rimanere grumoso, poi aggiungi il burro fuso e freddo, il cioccolato e i frutti di bosco. Mescola appena e riempi i pirottini rigidi per 3/4. Inforna a 180° per 15 minuti. Sfornali e lasciali raffreddare. Per la decorazione: monta la Ghiaccia Reale ottenendo una consistenza fluida (circa 25 g di acqua fredda per 100 g di preparato), quindi utilizza una sac à poche con un cornetto 1M per decorare i cupcakes.
