Wusthof Germany - Classic - Bread Knife Double Serration - 23 cm - 4152/23 - Knife
The Wüsthof bread knife with double serration blade is the perfect tool for precisely cutting crusty bread, baguettes, pastries and rolls without crushing the soft texture of the food. This knife is ideal not only for bread, but also for thick-skinned fruit and vegetables, such as melons or pumpkins, thanks to the versatile and resistant blade.
Forged series
- Blade: 23 cm- Total length: 35 cm
The Handles: made of synthetic material and joined with a triple riveting ensure a perfect hold, excellent stability and are dishwasher safe.
The Blades: are obtained using the best steels and combining the most qualified elements (15% chromium - 0.5% carbon - molybdenum - vanadium).
The production of a WUSTHOF forged knife involves approximately 40 processing cycles.Maintenance
Proper maintenance prolongs the life of the knife, makes work easier and safer and reduces edge wear. Some tips:
- Be careful that knives placed in the dishwasher do not hit other objects; the blades could be damaged.
- Knives guaranteed for dishwashers that are not immediately washed in the machine should be rinsed under the tap to remove highly corrosive food residues (fats, vinegar, fruit juices).
- If the knives no longer cut perfectly, make sure to have them rectified or sharpened by professionals in the sector.
The WUSTHOF knives sold by us are personally checked and further sharpened, in order to guarantee you the certainty of an excellent purchase.
