He had worked as an employee for a brush factory in Tione and decided to set up on his own with a friend. Two to three types of articles, simple. The focus was on large quantities.

Their wood products respect nature. They use PEFC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests.

Made in Italy - Moulds corzetti TWIN - FLOWERS - 2 pieces
Make every dish special and amaze your guests or children with decorated pasta. In this pack you will find moulds for corzetti, a traditional type of pasta typical of Liguria and Tuscany.
Use: After creating the dough, flour the two moulds well and press a portion of the dough into them.
Gently lift the upper mould, remove the dough and cut it out with the help of a knife or, better still, a pasta cutter.
Moulded Corzetti (‘cruxetti’). appeared in the Middle Ages, during the Renaissance period. - Noble families of the time apparently ordered their cooks to make a type of pasta bearing their coat of arms, all with the aim of reminding diners of the importance of their family and to reaffirm their dominance over the territory.
The engravings were usually different on the two sides. The name comes from the stylised image of a small cross (‘cruxetta’) with which one side of these medallions was originally decorated, hence the name ‘cruxettu’.
In eastern Liguria, the word ‘corzetto’ means both the wooden mould and the paste thus engraved.

Inspected and Certified by our internal laboratorySHIN in Japanese means ‘trust’.
The SHIN is one of the largest folders in the Rockstead catalog and showcases all the typical and characteristic elements of the brand: aluminum handle with a pearl-radiant design, hardened anodization at 400 Vickers, and an insert of high-quality stingray leather (Samekawa).
This is a durable knife with strong cutting capabilities that maintains its edge for a long time. Even when used for rigorous cuts, the blade glides securely thanks to its particular sharpening.
The blade indeed has a HONZUKURI sharpening, convex on both sides, following the tradition of Japanese swords; this makes it both very sharp and sturdy, allowing it to cleanly cut a sheet of paper even after 1000 cuts through a very abrasive and resistant hemp rope.
A faithful companion for life, in which to place the utmost trust.
