The special thickness of the bottom makes it suitable for any heat source except induction.Instructions for use:
- Fill the bottom of the coffee maker with water until you reach the brass safety valve located on one side.
- Insert the funnel filter and fill it with ground coffee, without pressing it down.
- Make sure that the filter plate and gasket are properly seated in their seats at the top of the coffee maker.
- Screw the top firmly onto the bottom, ensuring a tight seal.Cooking:
- For optimal coffee crema, use ground coffee and adjust the flame or heat source to the lowest setting, keeping the lid open throughout the boiling phase.
- After about four minutes, coffee will begin to fill the collector through the openings on the center column.Removal:
