This year's colors come from the 17th century Mora folk dress, one of Sweden's oldest folk dresses. Here the green fabric meets the classic Dala Red color typical of our knives. Together, they breathe new life into the color combination that once made the people of Mora famous all over the world.

Mora folk dress is still worn by people on special occasions, such as midsummer, weddings or folk music events. Over the years, the dress has undergone few changes and has remained largely the same as it always has. The Mora folk dress and the Morakniv are both worn with pride, in keeping with the tradition established by the ancestors and the heritage that has been developed and cultivated over the years.

Microplane - Grater Pentabox Microplane box grater recently renovated boasts a rugged design and 30% more surface area than previous models. Five different ultra sharp blades covering all types of cuts: the cheese finely grated zest and citrus, chocolate chips and cuts vegetables. In the corners there are windows measuring ingredients while being grated. On either side of the largest two different blades: fine, perfect for citrus zest or spices to give a touch gourmet pies and pasta dishes or a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on velvety vegetable; ideal for thick slivers of aged cheese or cut carrots and ginger. On the opposite side there is the extra coarse blade, suitable for slicing vegetables such as cabbage, zucchini and potatoes. But there's more! In Pentabox we are also average double blade, perfect for soft cheeses such as mozzarella and ricotta salata, and the blade in large flakes that allows you to create precisely true chocolate curls and parmesan. Five grater blades in a single instrument: fine, coarse, ultra-coarse, scales and razor. Non-slip rubber base that provides excellent grip while grating.
