    this Laguiole en Aubrac® sommelier made from recycled mussel shells in transparent resin is handcrafted by the famous factory located in the area of origin: Laguiole en Aubrac  Considered a benchmark among professional sommeliers and wine lovers, thanks to its balance and curved ergonomics it holds particularly well in the hand, guiding the opening becomes child's play. The materials and workmanship are of the highest quality and can be used effortlessly.  Blade and bottle opener The 6 cm long blade with guide notch is equipped with a round blade cutter serrated on one side and a bottle opener. The back of the blade is guilloched by the artisan cutler. Corkscrew Its 6 cm wick (an important detail for extra-long vintage corks) with 5 conical spirals facilitates penetration of the cork without breaking it.
