Forged from a single piece of high-quality stainless steel, the Wüsthof knife guarantees strength and longevity, maintaining its sharpness over time. The double serration creates a smooth and precise cut, without tearing or shattering, even on crusty or particularly hard surfaces.

- Knives guaranteed for dishwashers that are not immediately washed in the machine should be rinsed under the tap to remove highly corrosive food residues (fats, vinegar, fruit juices).

- If the knives no longer cut perfectly, make sure to have them rectified or sharpened by professionals in the sector.
