Kitchen Craft - Portion control pasta basket
Kitchen Craft - Portion control pasta basket Portion control is an important part of maintaining a healthy diet, and pasta can be one of the most difficult ingredients to get right. It’s so hard to judge how much you need when it’s dry and it’s hard to believe how much it expands once it’s cooked! Large portions aren’t particularly healthy and leftovers can easily go to waste, which is why this ingenious pasta portion measuring basket could totally change life as you know it. The basket has markings on the side to make portion measurement super simple. Because it’s made of heat-resistant silicone, you can then place the basket directly in to the pan while the pasta cooks. As you can fit three baskets in a 20 cm pan, you’ll be able to save water and hob space by cooking other portions of pasta, or even vegetables, in the pan at the same time. The handle will hold the basket in place and when the pasta is ready, you simply lift it out. Small holes on the sides of the basket will work like a sieve, draining the pasta as you lift. To serve, simply tip the basket to allow the pasta to tumble out – no spoon required! You can pop it in the dishwasher after that and then collapse it down so that it will store away neatly in a drawer.9881X -
Coltelli - Numero 62 - Febbraio/Marzo 2014 - rivista
Rivista a colori Bimestrale prodotta e distribuita in Italia specializzata in coltelli di tutti i tipi (collezione, artigianali, militari, sportivi, multiuso…). 82 Pagine

Coltelli - Numero 58 - Giugno/Luglio 2013 - rivista
Rivista a colori Bimestrale prodotta e distribuita in Italia specializzata in coltelli di tutti i tipi (collezione, artigianali, militari, sportivi, multiuso…). 96 Pagine
Coltelli - Numero 57 - Aprile/Maggio 2013 - rivista
Rivista a colori Bimestrale prodotta e distribuita in Italia specializzata in coltelli di tutti i tipi (collezione, artigianali, militari, sportivi, multiuso…). 96 Pagine
Per quanto riguarda gli eventi, vi parleremo dell’East Cost Custom Show, svoltosi a marzo a New York. Buona fortuna e… buona lettura!coltelli57 -

The steel blade ensures a perfect cut to make thin and even slices while reducing waste. The built-in sharpener enhances blade efficiency and durability. The slice deflector, blade cover, and meat table can be removed easily to ensure quick and accurate cleaning operations.
Red Line is available in 3 standard colours: red, black, and cream, or in a wide range of custom colours.Data sheet
- Cutting capacity (round) 178 mm

- Engine performance: 0.17 kW
- Cutting capacity (rectangular): 185 x 175 mm

Meat table removal
You can remove the meat table to clean it by simply moving the lever. Once you remove the meat table, the slicer automatically sets itself to safety mode and activates the CE lock. Putting the meat table back on unlocks the lever and makes the machine return to operating mode. An important innovation that allows the removal of the meat table with one swift movement and makes it easier to clean the slicer.Blade cover removal
The blade cover is quick and easy to remove. All you have to do is rotate it by 90° and pull it out. This will make optimal cleaning an easy everyday task. Press the blade cover down gently to put it back into place ready for use.Built-in sharpener
All Red Line slicers have a built-in blade sharpener. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position that does not require any adjustment, thereby ensuring the perfect angle for optimal sharpness.Thickness adjustment knob
Red Line slicers are equipped with a built-in system that allows the gauge meat table to open up to 14 mm. The numbers on the adjustment knob refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimetres. This allows for the highest precision in slice thickness adjustment (especially the thinnest and most common) with a the highest repeatability.B-RL-250-R -

Red Line slicers are equipped with a built-in system that allows the gauge meat table to open up to 14 mm. The numbers on the adjustment knob refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimetres.
