COME USARE IL TWIST

Il numero 1 corrisponde ad 1 ora di aerazione, il numero 2 a 2 ore e così via, fino a sei ore, in pochi istanti! Tieni il Twist sopra il bicchiere che vuoi riempire, versaci dentro il vino e goditelo con chi vuoi. OSSIGENA NEL MODO GIUSTO La corretta aerazione del vino ammorbidisce i tannini e permette l’esaltazione degli aromi. Ogni vino ha bisogno della corretta quantità di ossigeno per poter esprimere al meglio il suo potenziale. In generale, vale la regola per cui un vino da invecchiamento ancora giovane ha bisogno di un’ossigenazione maggiore per poter sprigionare al meglio tutti gli aromi; un vino già invecchiato, invece, deve essere ossigenato più delicatamente affinché conservi le note fruttate residue e il vigore che ha resistito al processo di invecchiamento.
