Freshly washed salad or cooked pasta can also be easily drained in the sieve (sieb.up) with the help of drip.it+. -drip.it+ is extendable and therefore fits perfectly on any sink.

W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company was created at the beginning of the century, at a time when pocket knives were as indispensable as a watch. Over the years the company has established itself as a leading company in the market launch of new materials and innovative designs.

The company's roots date back to 1889, when enterprising brothers, William Russell (W.R.), Jean, John and Andrew, in the Case family began selling craft knives from the back of a van in northern New York. In January 1900, the brothers formed the Case Brothers Cutlery Company, thus founding the first family brand Case.

J.R. Case, which he called the company with the name of his father, W.R., formed the W.R. Case & Sons in the form in which it is known today. When the company moved to Bradford, Pennsylvania in 1905, the four Case brothers had made their family brands the most respectable names in cutlery in America.

At the beginning of World War I, the government appealed to the Case for the production of military knives for American fighters. During the flight of the "Molly Brown" in 1965, astronauts Gus Grissom and John Young used special Case knives in the NASA space mission. Ravi è un’idea innovativa in quanto rinfresca il vino nel momento stesso in cui viene servito.
Infatti non è la bottiglia che viene rinfrescata ma soltanto il vino.Il processo di rinfrescamento ha inizio quando il vino passa all’interno del Ravi.
In 10 secondi Ravi porterà un vino bianco, rosè dalla temperatura ambiente (22°-25°) alla temperatura perfetta per essere servito (8°-12°). Nessun bisogno di rafreddare un ottimo liquore con ghiaccio! Ravi raffredda whisky, scotch, gin, tequila, vodka, rum e altro.
Fatto d’inox 304, lo stesso materiale di cui sono fatte le vasche vinicole di fermentazione, il condotto interno del Ravi permette di mantenere intatte le caratteristiche del vino senza mai alterarne il gusto.
Disegnato dal famoso designer canadese Michel Dallaire, Ravi si presenta come un oggetto ergonomico e di facile utilizzo.Una volta posto sul collo della bottiglia, siccome non tutti i vini vengono bevuti alla stessa temperatura, Ravi possiede una valvola che permette, al momento, di regolare il flusso di vino in uscita potendo quindi regolarne anche la temperatura.
Ravi è composto da due parti. La parte superiore viene conservata nel congelatore mentre la base può essere conservata insieme alle posate.Il processo rivoluzionari di Ravi Vi permetterà di portare il vino alla temperatura ideale di servizio istantaneamente e resterà efficacie per più di due ore una volta tirato fuori dal congelatore.Ravi deve essere lasciato nel congelatore per almeno 6 ore prima del suo utilizzo.
Una volta tirato fuori, assemblare le due parti che compongono Ravi, metterlo sul collo della bottiglia e ostruendo la valvola dell’aria inclinare la bottiglia. Una volta in posizione di servizio liberare la valvola dell’aria togliendo il pollice. Per effettuare il primo servizio lasciare fuoriuscire il vino senza rallentarne l’uscita; per servire il secondo bicchiere potete leggermente rallentare il flusso di vino in uscita ostruendo parzialmente la valvola dell’aria con il pollice;per il terzo bicchiere rallentare il flusso un po’ di più e così avanti per gli altri bicchieri.
L’utilizzo di Ravi per servire molti bicchieri porterà un aumento della temperatura interna del condotto, il tutto dovuto al continuo passaggio del vino al suo interno. Ecco perché è importante regolare la velocità del flusso di vino in uscita che Vi permetterà quindi di assicurare un sufficiente abbassamento di temperatura.
Ravi è concepito per poter rinfrescare una bottiglia di vino completa per circa due ore.
Ravi è il dispositivo di refrigerazione per vino più piccolo sul mercato: facile da trasportare in una borsa termica per pic-nic .
Ravi è molto utile per i vini bianchi,rosati e liquori. Potete facilmente rinfrescare una bottiglia che è rimasta a lungo sulla tavola senza più bisogno di dover utilizzare l’ingombrante secchio con il ghiaccio o di dover continuamente alzarvi durante la cena per portare il vino in frigorifero.

Corking a bottle without uncorking it? It's not a play on words, but the technological magic of Coravin, a perfect gadget for all wine lovers. Thanks to a very fine needle, once attached to the neck of the bottle Coravin manages to handle the pouring of wine without the need to remove the cork. At the same time, the instrument injects small quantities of Argon, an inert, odourless and tasteless gas that fills the empty space, preventing oxygen from entering the bottle: in this way the oxidation of the wine is drastically slowed down, preserving that vintage bottle until the last millilitre has been consumed.

3 CAPSULES Coravin Pure™ capsules contain pure argon gas and are manufactured and inspected to ensure the highest level of preservation without impacting the taste of the wine.

6 SCREW CAPS The Coravin screw cap can be used on any bottle with a screw cap for use with all Coravin needles. The self-sealing silicone protects the wine for up to three months.

CUSTODY The Coravin carrying case has two inner pockets in which to store Coravin Pure™ capsules or the Coravin aerator.

CLEANING TOOL If the Coravin needle becomes clogged, use the needle cleaning tool to remove any cork residue.

BOTTLE COVER Damaged or defective wine bottles can break when pressurised. The use of the Coravin bottle cover helps reduce the risk of injury caused by broken glass.

Le radici dell'azienda risalgono al 1889, quando dei fratelli intraprendenti, William Russell (W.R.), Jean, John e Andrew, nella famiglia Case iniziarono a vendere coltelli artigianali dal retro di un furgone nella parte settentrionale dello stato di New York. Nel gennaio 1900, i fratelli costituirono la Case Brothers Cutlery Company, fondando così il primo marchio di famiglia Case.

J.R. Case, che chiamò l'azienda con il nome del padre, W.R., costituì la W.R. Case & Sons nella forma in cui oggi è conosciuta. Quando nel 1905 l'azienda si trasferì a Bradford, Pennsylvania, i quattro fratelli Case avevano fatto dei loro marchi di famiglia i nomi più rispettabili della coltelleria in America.

All'inizio della prima guerra mondiale, il governo fece appello alla Case per la produzione di coltelli militari per i combattenti americani. Durante il volo della “Molly Brown” nel 1965, agli astronauti Gus Grissom e John Young utilizzarono coltelli Case speciali nella missione spaziale della NASA. Case ha raccolto ammiratori famosi e avidi collezionisti come l'ex Presidente americano, Dwight D. Eisenhower e la star della musica country, Randy Travis.
