Coravin - Pivot Aerator

The Pivot™ Aerator, designed to be used with Pivot Wine Preservation Systems, is the perfect accessory for more aromatic and flavourful wine in seconds. The ClickCut corkscrew has been awarded with the 1st Prize at the Gevrey-Chambertin corkscrews contest in France. Its retractable double lever allows pulling the corks out effortlessly in two steps, without breaking or damaging them and in a completely vertical way.

The contact of the oxygen with the wine makes the wine oxidize easily once the bottle is opened. Within few hours the wine gets spoiled. The wine saver takes the air out of the bottle preserving the wine for several days and it can be used afterwards as a stopper.

How to use Pivot

Open the bottle of wine.

Replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot Stopper with the cork open (make sure the cork and bottle neck are both dry).

Pour the wine.

To pour, insert the Pivot device into the appropriate Stopper.

Pivot the bottle by bringing the spout onto the glass, then hold down the button on the device.

Release the button and return the bottle to an upright position to stop pouring.
