This is the “Dark Side” of the Blur. Like all Blurs, it features a large, slightly curved blade that is ideal for multitasking. The blade shape offers excellent cutting and piercing capabilities, and the high-performance 14C28N stainless steel offers corrosion resistance and hardness. Swedish designer Jens Sandriger during a trip to Beijing.

Having dinner at a famous Japanese restaurant in the city, Jens thought: this is really cool!

Before his eyes, the chef had just ground a Himalayan pink salt gem directly onto the guests' plates.
