A fleeting glance at Midgard (the Norse term for earth/world) would have elevated the chef's status even further in the eyes of the gods. This is because the knife craftsman Dirk Hofmeister knows like no other how to create mythical blades infused with Norse magic.

The Andhrimnir Mini bears the unmistakable hallmarks of Midgard's full tang constructed knives, with a 6mm thick Wharncliffe blade made of D2 in a two-tone finish with grooves on both sides and jimpings to ensure optimal functionality and maximum stability for all daily cutting tasks. The ergonomic and milled handles* made of G10 allow for comfortable and effortless work.
