Diamond Lite has a cut and abrasion-resistant Diamond Plus hard-base coating with superior non-stick properties. The base is made of professional, individually cast aluminum unstressed and free of any trapped air pockets. In addition, there is an anticorrosion layer added for extra durability. Each pan can be used on multiple cooking surfaces including induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen.

The stainless steel, 8mm induction bottom offers optimum thermal absorption and no distortion (even at high temperatures). All fry, sauté and wok pans come with a removable cast handle which should be removed prior to using in the oven.

The removable handle makes for safe lifting, handling, ease of storage and washing. All pots come with two fixed, oven-proof handles (up to 250°C/480°F).
