Raviolamp Sorrisi - 6 pieces - is a new mold created by the Imperia company for quickly making rectangular ravioli with the filling in the shape of a half moon, like a smile.

Using the sheet of pasta prepared with the Imperia pasta machine and fillings dictated by the imagination ( sweet or savory ) it is possible to obtain tasty recipes. All Raviolamps are made of molded aluminum with rubber feet for perfect adherence to any surface.

Dimensions : 6 ravioli mold 110x55 mm.

Equipment : Beech wood mould.

Exclusive product created in collaboration with the PDT YouTube channel - The Cutthroat's Park. This unique knife was actually used in a field test that you can view directly in this product sheet.

To make it even more special, we engraved Floriano's autograph and the PDT logo on the blade. The box of the knife was also autographed by Floriano making it a must-have collector's item.

Imperia Raviolamp is a complete line of moulds for the quick preparation of: ravioli, tortelli, tortellini for broth, filled cakes; simply using the dough prepared with Imperia pasta machines and the fillings dictated by your imagination. All Raviolamps are made of pressed aluminium, mounted on an enamelled steel base, with rubber feet for perfect adherence to any surface. The moulds of the Imperia Raviolamp line are sold in new elegant packaging, all equipped with a practical rolling pin in natural wood. Filled pasta made with love and imagination. Stelline - 10 pieces - is a mould created by Imperia for the quick production of ravioli with star-shaped filling. Using the sheet of pasta prepared with the Imperia pasta machine and the fillings dictated by the imagination (sweet or savoury) it is possible to obtain tasty recipes. The new Zero Tolerance 0609 is a smaller, even more carry-ready version of the original Factory Custom 0606CF from ZT, RJ Martin, and Matt Martin. Like the original, it offers a clean, streamlined look yet also has highly detailed handle machining that adds both grip and visual impact. For even more visual “wow,” the 3D-machined handle is built of light-yet-strong titanium that ZT has anodized in an attractive bronze.

The 3.4-inch blade is CPM 20CV, which provides enhanced toughness and resistance to edge chipping. It also delivers superior hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention. The drop-point blade has a two-tone finish: machined satin on the grinds with a stonewashed finish on the flats. The new 0609 opens manually with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing opening system and the handy flipper so it’s always ready when you want it.

Last—but certainly not least—you’ll notice the oversized See-Through Pivot (STP). Designed by RJ Martin, this unique, pivot is hollow in the center, letting you “see through” it. The See-Through Pivot adds another intriguing touch to this already-attractive knife.
