Fallkniven Three Kronor TK1

The “Three Kronor” line blends the latest martensitic technologies with the ancient roots of the Swedish royal family.
In fact, these knives are the only ones that can boast the royal symbol of three crowns placed on the blade and on the beautiful wooden box that contains the knife and sheath.
The rolled steel used is currently one of the best industrial steels on the market and is composed of an inner sheet of SGPS from powder, a steel already used for the U2 model, at 62HRC coupled with two outer sheaths of VG2. The yellow surface consists of titanium and aluminum nitride which greatly prolongs the life of the sharpener. The rough side (44 microns) is used to recover more damaged cutting edges, while the fine side (25 microns) is used for precision sharpening.

For cleaning, use dish soap and warm water.

Like all diamond sharpeners, this whetstone is a little rough at first, but gets smoother after a period of use.

The ergonomic shape of the handle provides a secure grip regardless of weather and wind.

As shown in the design, TH1 is a handmade knife with a handle in the very exclusive desert ironwood (lat. Olneya tesota). This species is not listed in CITES Annexes or the IUCN Red List of Endangered Species and is therefore legal to use. Like all natural materials, it varies in texture and color, making each knife an individual creation. A beautifully veined pattern may look attractive but a straight, patterned handle is actually stronger. Desert ironwood, which grows in the southwestern United States, has a somewhat peculiar quality – it is heavier than water, its density is 1.2 kg/dm³ which means it will sink. If you want to maintain or even increase the luster in the wood, treat it with log oil, furniture oil, bench oil or other type of wood oil containing linseed oil. The fact that the blade goes full width through the handle (so-called full tang blade) results in a very strong and reliable construction and gives a comfortable weight to the knife.

Characteristics of San Mai Maple: These are different types of metals combined to create a composition that contains and intensifies the resistance of the metals individually:
