The Ant is the most compact among Extrema Ratio's folding knives. Despite its small size, this model features an extremely sturdy, durable, and reliable structure.

The Ant Rescue, unlike other versions, has a cheek piece in red coloration that allows the operator to more easily locate the knife in case of a fall. This version is equipped with a specific serration that allows cutting ropes and even high-tensile aramid materials. Moreover, this model has a tapered tang that serves as an emergency screwdriver. The Ant Rescue has been developed according to the needs expressed by the "Italian Army Alpine Troops School".

Extrema Ratio Coin XXV Anniversarium is a commemorative coin minted to mark the company's 25th year in business. Produced in silver-plated steel, it has a diameter of 4 cm and a weight of 38.5 grams.

Coin XXV Anniversarium bears the iconic Extrema Ratio mallet on the obverse side flanked by the company's founding year (1997) and 25th year of operation (2022). On the back side we find the new company logo that was restyled to mark the brand's 25th anniversary.

Thanks to an accurate three-dimensional scanning of the mallet processed by 3D software, it was possible to obtain a perfect digitization of the object, which is essential to achieve an optimal result during minting.

Ferrum Rescue is a tool designed for rescue operations, developed in collaboration with my friend Andrea Micheli, military and law enforcement expert, journalist and shooting instructor. Made with a very compact handle, this rescue tool is equipped with 3 blades, each of which has a specific function:

The first and main blade has a thickness of 3 millimeters and is designed to be used for more demanding purposes and to protect the cutting edge of the other two from premature wear. The teeth allow it to cut larger ropes or textile materials, the remaining smooth part has the classic function of a knife. The second blade is a scalpel, which can be used for extremely precise cuts and for emergency first aid interventions. The interaction of the main blade with the scalpel allows the operator to make a quick emergency cut to free any injured person from his or her clothing.

This line of knives fits between the Basic Folders series and the Heavy Folders series. The typical mechanism of the series is the LINER-LOCK. The overall structure is robust. All knives in the MF series have a rear glass breaker. They also feature the innovation of the adjusting locknut on the blade fixing pivot.

By removing the locknut it is possible to tighten or loosen the central pivot as desired, to achieve the desired opening fluidity. It will be enough to lock the pivot screw with the locknut to fix the adjustment. The hemispherical milling on the handles facilitate the change of grip from "saber grip" to "reverse grip". The clip is reversible.

The BC (Belt Cutter) version features a rear seatbelt cutter with an easily obtainable and replaceable industrial cutter blade. In addition, a slotted screwdriver is inserted inside the handle that allows for the adjustment and calibration of firearm optics. This version is produced with a rough grip to offer a better grip.

Spice mill using the cerastar ceramic article allows for optimal grinding results. The ad-hoc pepper grinders are all equipped with a self-locking safety screw for adjusting the thickness of the grinder.

Thanks to the locking of the grinder, you will avoid having remnants of the grind on the supporting surface. You can grind the following dried substances: black pepper, coarse salt, comino, garlic, rosemary, oregano, various spices, mustard grains, anise, coriander, cloves and chocolate.

Extrema Ratio Misericordia Desert, which preserves intact all the features of the famous Misericordia model adopted by the 4th Alpine Parachute Regiment, derives from the commemorative dagger made on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the 4th Alpine Regiment and the 70th since the founding of the Alpine Paratroopers.

It is a tactical-type fixed-blade knife designed for those instances when the knife must be extremely light and compact. The new desert coloring also makes this model available in a shade in line with the most common needs of modern operational departments.

The blade is milled from Böhler N690 steel, hardened to 58 HRC for the best balance of edge retention and strength, is 118 mm long, 4mm thick, and has a flat edge. The weight of the knife is just 87g. The profile is a spear point type, with a full-length shank that makes it even lighter and with a ¾-length false counterblade. The finish is a stone washed type.

The knife's polymer handle features classic Extrema Ratio shells that make for a more secure grip and is attached to the tang by a through-screw. On the rear end the handle flows connecting with a wide ring equipped with a "skull crusher" appendage: a ring that allows the use of martial arts techniques and ensures the hand a very solid grip. In this version the handle is in Desert coloring.

Since this is a knife designed for professional use, much attention has been paid to ease of carrying, accessibility and extraction in case of need. The knife is secured to the sheath by a quick-release safety that can be easily reversed for left-handed use. The sheath is also in Desert coloring, made of high-strength Nylon, very versatile and equipped with 2 adjustable loops that allow it to be attached to M.O.L.L.E systems, facilitating quick extraction in various tactical scenarios.

The product is an elaboration of the Japanese Wakizashi sword, a typical blade 30 to 60 centimeters long, which the Samurai carried at all times in contact with the body, where the Katana was carried exclusively in battle. Satre Expeditions, as well as the Satre model from which it derives, is a fixed blade knife of small dimensions, light and extremely resistant. Given its characteristics, it can be used in a wide range of disciplines and uses or as part of an EDC (Every Day Carry) kit.

It has been designed in collaboration with Daniele Dal Canto, Master Advanced F.I.S.S. (Federazione italiana survival sportivo e sperimentale) instructor. In Neck Knife mode, through the use of a 550 paracord lanyard, it is possible to hold it around the neck keeping the knife vertical with the handle facing downwards.

The metal eyelets on the sheath, made of pre-shaped Kydex, allow the application of both the lanyard and the accessory holder. 

The full-tang skeletonized structure, allows you to customize the knife using Paracord as a coating for the handle.

Satre Expeditions uses Böhler N690 steel heat treated to 58 HRC with MIL-C-13924 burnishing and stone washed surface treatment (Dark Stone finish). It comes with a desert-colored pre-formed kydex sheath on which you can attach the Firesteel for lighting fires (provided inside the box).

Sethlans Expeditions, as well as the Sethlans model from which it derives, is a fixed blade work knife designed to deal with a wide range of situations, but also as a backup blade. The Sethlans Expeditions has been designed in collaboration with Daniele Dal Canto, Master Advanced F.I.S.S. (Federazione italiana survival sportivo e sperimentale) instructor.

Sethlans Expeditions has a Böhler N690 steel blade heat treated to 58 HRC with MIL-C-13924 burnishing and stone washed surface treatment (Dark Stone finish). The knife comes with desert colored G10 grips that feature the ergonomic design characteristic of Extrema Ratio handles. They can be removed to free the skeleton structure of the knife, allowing maximum lightness with minimum thickness.

For lovers of extreme customization, the full-tang structure allows the handle to be covered with paracord. The sheath is composed of a very light and minimalist Kydex part. It can be disassembled and can be adapted to both left- and right-handed people. The addition of an optional belt clip allows both vertical and horizontal positioning of the knife and makes the sheath much more versatile than the textile version. It is equipped with a mini pouch with M.O.L.L.E. system containing paracord with flammable filament to be used in case of emergency and/or critical weather conditions and a Firesteel for lighting fires.

Kreios Expeditions, as well as the Kreios model from which it derives, has been designed and developed thanks to the collaboration with the Master instructor F.I.S.S. (Federazione Italiana Survival Sportivo e Sperimentale) Daniele Dal Canto. It is defined by its creator as a sort of "off the road" of cutting tools, therefore not a specific disposable tool, but a multi-tasking tool, extremely versatile and designed to cope with many uses.

Thanks to its ergonomics, weight and size, Kreios Expeditions is suitable to open gaps in the thick vegetation, especially where it is necessary to take distance, for safety reasons, from thorny or harmful essences. Thanks to its robustness, it is an effective machete even in the heaviest field work. Combining the 32 cm of the "full flat" cutting edge, the 11° forward inclination of the blade and the 630 gr. of its weight, you get a tool with extraordinary cutting capabilities that does not fear bending.

Kreios Expeditions brings modern geometry and materials combined with the lines and effectiveness of blades typical of the Malaysian and African tradition, creating an ideal tool for field work but also, if necessary, for defense/offense. Kreios Expeditions is equipped with a desert color forprene handle and a BÖHLER N690 (58HRC) steel blade with MIL-C-13924 burnishing and stone washed surface finish (Dark Stone finish).
