Heat-resistant silicone rings protect the bottles from scratches. Up to three bottles can be drained at the same time with drip.it+. There is also space for bottle caps, brushes, sponges etc. on an extra shelf.
Freshly washed salad or cooked pasta can also be easily drained in the sieve (sieb.up) with the help of drip.it+. -drip.it+ is extendable and therefore fits perfectly on any sink.
This makes it ideal for use as a flexible colander holder for draining washed or cooked food over the sink. Fewer germs on the sink thanks to better drying bottles, dishcloths, sponges and brushes. A simple idea, but a real jack-of-all-trades that can do a lot.

Ilsa - Aluminium Neapolitan Coffee Maker 6 cups - Made in Italy
The historic Caffettiera Napoletana is still one of the best-known symbols of Italian style in the world.
Before the moka, which has speeded up the preparation of coffee, the famous black drink was prepared with the Neapolitan coffee pot, first made of copper and then of steel or aluminium. The method of preparation is not very different from that of filter coffee, but a series of particularities make it a unique product of its kind.
NEAPOLITAN COFFEE POT 6 CUPS IN ALUMINIUM
The Neapolitan is a type of coffee maker that, unlike the mocha, does not use the pressure generated by steam to push the water towards the coffee, but only the force of gravity. How to use the Neapolitan coffee maker It is necessary to explain in detail the use of this coffee maker because, as we said, it requires a different procedure compared to the now common coffee makers. The main reason is that the cuccumella is formed by different elements that are: the hollow tank where you put the coffee powder, the perforated tank that holds the water and the hollow tank, the coffee filter to be screwed on top of the hollow tank, the coffee pot from which the ready coffee comes out and the lid.
The procedure then consists of the following steps:
1) Fill the hollow tank with coffee powder, reaching the indicated limit and without crushing the powder.
2) Screw the filter on top of the tank.
3) Fill the perforated tank with water, always up to the indicated limit.
4) Insert the hollow tank into the perforated tank.
5) Add the body with the cap and screw in.
6) Place on the side with the water tank.
7) When the water starts coming out of the hole in the tank, turn off the flame and turn the Neapolitan coffee maker. To perform this operation it is important to have a firm grip, protect yourself with potholders to avoid burning yourself and turn the cuccumella upside down in one go.
8) Check the coffee tank and when there is no more water, unscrew the other tank, place the lid on it and pour the coffee.

Lightness: GLOBAL was the first company in the world to create a knife with a hollow steel handle. This feature reduces the weight of the knife by 30%.
Ease of handling: Thanks to their light weight and the anatomical shape of the handle, GLOBAL knives are suitable for continuous and prolonged use, reducing user fatigue to a minimum.

A diamond rod is harder than the ceramic rod and will bring back a knife edge quicker. The diamond rod also will not break if it is hit or dropped unlike the ceramic rod.

More and more consumers buy with their eyes first and perceive details that we sometimes don't pay attention to. The way in which products are presented and the way in which the fruit and vegetable counter is set up is therefore becoming truly strategic! A successful and appealing idea comes from the so-called 'carving' of fruit and vegetables. It seems that the first evidence of the art of fruit and vegetable carving dates back to the end of the 14th century in Thailand. During royal celebrations, fruit sculptures were placed in crowns made of woven banana leaves and given to the river as a sign of purification and thanksgiving. The idea is said to have come from the emperor's wife, who was the first to prepare a buffet of fruit and vegetables transformed into flowers and animals. The secret to achieving impressive sculptures is to buy products with a solid consistency and to use lemon juice to prevent the compositions from turning black. Carrots, tomatoes, pineapples, radishes... are products that stimulate very creative carving. And in this season definitely melon and watermelon.
