Chocolate and artistic sugar are two passions, I would almost say two diseases. Chocolate is the one that then has the most commercial implications.

But artistic sugar is also growing a lot in recent times, and it gives me great satisfaction." Italian pastry champion in 2010, Emmanuele Forcone was runner-up at the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in 2011.
