 This traditional dough rising basket allows bread dough to rise, gives your loaves support, preventing it from spreading out during the final rise and gives a pretty spiral pattern. The dough rising basket is also known as bannetons or brotforms. The natural rattan cane basket is easy to use. Knead the dough according to the recipe. Cleaning Instructions
MAXPEDITION's nylon fabric is treated with Dupont Teflon for superb water and grime resistance.
To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. Allow gear to dry naturally.
Do not machine wash.
Do not use detergent or bleach.
