After using the HORL diamond grinding wheel, the ceramic honing disc allows you to further thin the knife for an even finer sharpening and a smooth, polished blade. Through a complex shot-blasting process, ceramic particles are applied to the stainless steel disc at high temperatures and speed.

The ceramic honing disc is pre-assembled on the HORL 3 "Classic" and "Pro" models; you can purchase this replacement if needed or if you want to replace the one initially provided with your sharpener.

The Sanelli Ambrogio frozen food and ice knife cm 26 is a product with an almost unbeatable quality/price ratio.

FEATURES This product is equipped with a satin-finished blade made of Bonpertuis® special nitrogen stainless steel, whose adherence to the handle is total, so as to ensure maximum hygiene; speaking of the blade, its length is 26 cm.
