Mold For Ferratelle - Heart

Mold for pizzas, waffles and waffles. With this mold must be used for firing a flame and turn the mold and cook the cookie from both sides.

Novità nel mondo del tartufo

La Innova-Pack di Lino Gardini ha creato un contenitore in grado di preservare immutate le caratteristiche del tartufo per 8 giorni.

Si tratta di Tuberpack, confezione a barriera che è stata premiata all’Expo di Milano Creare un contenitore in grado di conservare inalterate le qualità del tartufo per almeno otto giorni, è una sfida che Lino Gardini, vulcanico imprenditore forlivese, ha deciso di raccogliere e di vincere, come testimoniato dal premio ricevuto all’Expo di Milano dalla sua invenzione Tuberpack. Si tratta di un'elegante e funzionale confezione a barriera, brevettata, per preservare le caratteristiche del tartufo.

Per oltre due anni ha studiato e messo a punto una serie di progetti che consentissero di creare un ambiente artificiale ottimale per mantenere il tartufo, conservandone l’aroma, garantendone le condizioni igieniche e riducendo la caratteristica perdita di peso del tubero a non più del 4, o 5% contro il normale 15%, se lasciato a contatto con l’aria. Numerose le prove che hanno portato alla definizione dell’attuale modello, un vero e proprio scrigno che non lascia permeare l’aroma pungente, garantendo il livello ottimale di ossigeno per la conservazione delle proprietà del fantastico tartufo.

Gardini è stato premiato fra le eccellenze italiane e Tuberpack è stato presentato all’interno del Padiglione Italia nell’ambito dell’Expo, attirando l’attenzione dei produttori, alla ricerca di una scatola per poterlo commercializzare nell'assoluto rispetto dell’igiene, in quanto si può ammirare senza toccarlo, consentendo ai potenziali acquirenti di poter valutare il prodotto senza inficiarne le caratteristiche.

Tuberpack è una confezione elegante, pratica ma soprattutto igienica in quanto consente di mostrare il tartufo senza toccarlo; grazie all'utilizzo di un sacco a barriera impedisce il diffondersi del suo forte aroma, facilitando il trasporto e il successivo posizionamento.

Tuberpack allunga la vita del tartufo, se tenuto alla temperatura dovuta, inoltre il calo peso è inferiore a quello abituale del 4%-5%
