Drosselmeyer - Tea Infuser Statistically speaking, if you’re not drinking water you’re probably drinking tea – so making it shouldn’t be a chore. The challenge was to invent a tea infuser that was just as easy to clean as it is to fill. My infuser also needed to work with all different kinds of tea – even the ones with really fine leaves that usually slip through the gaps. And after you’ve used it to make a lovely cup of tea, the infuser can be placed on the table without making a mess. Material: Stainless steel and black polycarbonate spoon. Dama Galadriel un personaggio immaginario dei romanzi fantasy di J.R.R. Tolkien. Era una nobile elfa della Terra di Mezzo, che regn insieme a Sire Celeborn sul reame di Lrien. Spesso viene citata come La Dama di Lrien o La Dama dei Galadhrim. Al di fuori del reame di Lothlrien, tuttavia ci si riferisce semplicemente chiamandola Dama Galadriel o La Dama. Lei e Celeborn divennero noti come Il Signore e la Dama. Galadriel non fu mai regina, sebbene fosse di sangue reale.

Il suo nome paterno era Artanis ("nobile donna") e quello materno Nerwen ("ragazza-uomo"), in riferimento alla sua notevole altezza e alla sua forza sia corporea che interiore. Ma il nome che prefer fra tutti fu quello di Galadriel, versione Sindarin del Telerin Quenya Alatriel, "essendo il pi bello dei suoi nomi, quello che le era stato dato dal suo innamorato, Celeborn dei Teleri, che pi tardi spos nel Beleriand", che significa "donna coronata con una ghirlanda di luce brillante", in riferimento ai suoi capelli. Gli Elfi di Tirion ritenevano che nei capelli di Galadriel fosse rimasta imprigionata la luce dei Due Alberi di Valinor, Laurelin e Telperion. Fu molto ammirata da Fanor e forse ne fu fonte d'ispirazione per la creazione dei Silmaril.

Nuts make for a tasty, healthy snack, but they can be tough to crack. The challenge was to invent a nutcracker that does the hard work for you and collects the shells. It had to be able to crack any nut, be really easy to squeeze without any risk of pinching your fingers, and not send the shells flying all over the place. I tried all kinds of designs, but a double lever action integrated with a conical tube turned out to be the best solution. It took a while to get it right, but that's okay because it's designed to last forever. Material: Precision die-casted zinc Color: Red, Charcoal and Grey Available only in black.
