Use & Care: Hand wash only in hot water using a stiff nylon brush. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly, immediately. Soap or detergent may be used for washing, we recommend seasoning with oil after drying. Do not clean in the dishwasher. Maintain the surface regularly by seasoning with SCANPAN wood oil or vegetable oil.
