Viper - Belone by Vox - Satin M390 & Blue Dark Matter Carbon Fiber - V5970TIFCB - knife
In designing the Belone, Danish Jesper Voxnaes started from typical lines of the Italian regional tradition, perfectly reworked according to his modern, minimalist style that has made him famous worldwide. The result is a light, tapered folding knife embellished with refined details, such as the holes in the back of the handle.
The Böhler M390 Microclean steel gives the Belone excellent cutting qualities, and the ball bearings make it the fastest flipper opening, perfectly integrated into the overall design. The carefully crafted ergonomically designed handle has an anodized titanium frame enclosed between thin carbon fiber folders. Viper - Moon by F. Silvestrelli - Natural Micarta & CPM MagnaCut - V6010CN - knife
Designed by master designer Fabrizio Silvestrelli, Moon is Viper's first knife to adopt the hardened "button lock," a locking mechanism that is activated by a button on the handle. This type of lock provides a secure and reliable lock for the blade.
A state-of-the-art steel such as MagnaCut was chosen for the blade: a high-strength steel known for its hardness and edge retention capacity. Thanks to these properties, the blade is able to tackle a variety of tasks without any problems.
The handle has an ergonomic and comfortable grip. The 3D finish gives the handle a unique look and provides a secure grip during use. The handle is precisely designed to fit the shape of the hand, ensuring optimal control of the knife.

Viper - Moon by F. Silvestrelli - UltreX SureTouch & CPM MagnaCut - V6010GG - knife
Designed by master knife maker Fabrizio Silvestrelli, Moon is Viper's first knife to adopt the hardened "button lock."
The handle uses the brand new UltreX SureTouch composite in modified G-10.
SureTouch is a revolutionary new patent-pending process that combines layers of G-10 with rubber. Now you can have the strength and durability of G-10 with the grip and non-slip properties of rubber, all in one material.
The combination of G-10 and rubber offers one of the most revolutionary advantages on the market. Because G10 is commonly processed for the knife and gun industry, this new material allows for greater ease of use. SureTouch allows for improved grip and comfort.

Global knives - G106 - Kiritsuke knife - 24cm - kitchen knife
GLOBAL Japanese knives are the favourite of chefs in the world's most prestigious hotels and restaurants.
The first GLOBAL knife was designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada, who gave the knife a new and revolutionary design.
The main features of GLOBAL knives are:
Lightness: GLOBAL was the first company in the world to create a knife with a hollow steel handle. This feature reduces the weight of the knife by 30%.
Ease of handling: Thanks to their light weight and the anatomical shape of the handle, GLOBAL knives are suitable for continuous and prolonged use, reducing user fatigue to a minimum.
Blade strength: GLOBAL knives are made of the best steels and the most modern manufacturing techniques. In the blades there is a high percentage of Molybdenum/Vanadium thanks to which the hardness of the steel reaches 56/58 Rockwell, thus increasing the life of the edge.
Robustness: As GLOBAL knives are made completely of steel (handle and blade) they are practically indestructible.

Viper - Katla by Vox - Black Canvas Micarta - V5982CB - knife
Katla, designed by Jesper Voxnaes, is a liner lock folding knife, featuring a Tanto profile blade with a bevel that enhances the excellent cutting qualities of the Böhler M390, hardened at 59/61 HRC.
The rotating mechanism is provided by thrust bearings, and it can be opened with either the double thumb stud or the very fast flipper.
The detail that characterizes the Katla is the 3D processing of the handle at both ends of the bolster, which reinterprets in a modern key, the inlays of the classic Viper models.
The flat edges and the titanium clip allow for comfortable and discreet carry.

Viper - Vale by Vox - UltreX SureTouch & CPM MagnaCut - V6006GG - knife
Connoisseurs know the value of a good knife. Viper honors this thought with the Vale as a high-quality EDC knife with selected materials. The MagnaCut blade opens smoothly via the thumb stud and is locked by the sturdy liner lock. The handle uses the brand new UltreX composite, a perfect material for modified G-10 handles.
SureTouch allows for improved grip and comfort.

.GLOBAL Japanese knives are the Chefs' favorites in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the world.
The first GLOBAL knife was designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada, who gave the knife he created a new and revolutionary design. The main features of GLOBAL knives are:
- Lightness: GLOBAL was the first company in the world to make a hollow steel knife in the handle. This feature allows to reduce the weight of the knife by 30%.
- Handling: thanks to the lightness and anatomical shape of the handle, GLOBAL knives are suitable for continuous and prolonged use, minimizing user fatigue.
- Thread sealing: GLOBAL knives are made using the best steels and the most modern processing techniques. In the blades there is a high percentage of Molybdenum / Vanadium thanks to which the hardness of the steel reaches 56/58 Rockwell hardness, consequently increasing the duration of the wire.
- Sturdiness: since GLOBAL knives are completely made of steel (both the handle and the blade) they are practically indestructible.

Global G-75 Diamond Sharpening Steel
Rod Length: 25.5cm
Global Sharpening Steels - for fine tuning and honing you can use
Globals ceramic and diamond steels. Global ceramic and diamond rods are used in the same way that traditional steels are used to sharpen other knives and, as they are made from the two hardest materials known to man, are suitable for sharpening all good quality knives.
A diamond rod is harder than the ceramic rod and will bring back a knife edge quicker. The diamond rod also will not break if it is hit or dropped unlike the ceramic rod.

Katla, designed by Jesper Voxnaes, is a liner lock folding knife, which revives the Tanto profile blade with a bevel that enhances the excellent cutting qualities of the Böhler M390, hardened at 59/61 HRC.
The rotation mechanism is given by thrust bearings, and can be opened with the double peg for the thumb, or with the very fast pinball machine.
The detail that characterizes the Katla is the 3D processing of the handle on both ends of the cheek which recalls, reworking them in a modern key, the insignia of the most classic Viper models.
