The main features of GLOBAL knives are:
Lightness: GLOBAL was the first company in the world to create a knife with a hollow steel handle. This feature reduces the weight of the knife by 30%.
Ease of handling: Thanks to their light weight and the anatomical shape of the handle, GLOBAL knives are suitable for continuous and prolonged use, reducing user fatigue to a minimum.
Blade strength: GLOBAL knives are made of the best steels and the most modern manufacturing techniques. In the blades there is a high percentage of Molybdenum/Vanadium thanks to which the hardness of the steel reaches 56/58 Rockwell, thus increasing the life of the edge.
Robustness: As GLOBAL knives are made completely of steel (handle and blade) they are practically indestructible.

Global knives - G-75 Diamond Sharpening Steel
Global G-75 Diamond Sharpening Steel
Rod Length: 25.5cm
Global Sharpening Steels - for fine tuning and honing you can use
Globals ceramic and diamond steels. Global ceramic and diamond rods are used in the same way that traditional steels are used to sharpen other knives and, as they are made from the two hardest materials known to man, are suitable for sharpening all good quality knives.
A diamond rod is harder than the ceramic rod and will bring back a knife edge quicker. The diamond rod also will not break if it is hit or dropped unlike the ceramic rod.

More and more consumers buy with their eyes first and perceive details that we sometimes don't pay attention to. The way in which products are presented and the way in which the fruit and vegetable counter is set up is therefore becoming truly strategic! A successful and appealing idea comes from the so-called 'carving' of fruit and vegetables. It seems that the first evidence of the art of fruit and vegetable carving dates back to the end of the 14th century in Thailand. During royal celebrations, fruit sculptures were placed in crowns made of woven banana leaves and given to the river as a sign of purification and thanksgiving. The idea is said to have come from the emperor's wife, who was the first to prepare a buffet of fruit and vegetables transformed into flowers and animals. The secret to achieving impressive sculptures is to buy products with a solid consistency and to use lemon juice to prevent the compositions from turning black. Carrots, tomatoes, pineapples, radishes... are products that stimulate very creative carving. And in this season definitely melon and watermelon. Museum Replicas Windlass - Complete armor of Augusta - 300508 - 205 cm - handcrafted
Founded in 15 BC during the reign of Emperor Augustus, Augusta competed with other German cities for the title of the oldest city in Germany. The old part of the historic center is considered the third largest in Germany, after Hamburg and Cologne.
The imperial city of Augsburg was renowned for its armor makers, which included the Helmschmied family and the master gunsmith Lorenz. The Helmschmied of Augsburg, Germany, were one of the most important late medieval European families of armorari / gunsmiths. Their name, sometimes also spelled Helmschmid, translates to "blacksmith helmet". The most important members of the family were Lorenz Helmschmied (active in 1467, died in 1515), Kolman Helmschmied (1471-1532) and Desiderio Helmschmied (1513-1579)
This armor is reconstructed on a model of the sixteenth century, manufactured by this illustrious foundry. Although it is made not to be worn, it retains all the aesthetic beauty and characteristics of full armor.
Handcrafted from 18 gauge mild steel and crafted by the artisans at Windlass Steelcrafts, this armor comes with a museum quality heavy wood pedestal base, decorative waist skirt, and wooden inner shape.
The helmet can accept up to three decorative plumes (sold separately).
