The original Zero Tolerance 0454 was an award-winning collaboration between ZT and custom knife designer Dmitry Sinkevich. But it was also a very Limited Edition knife.

So ZT is doing something about that with the new 0450. While based on the original’s streamlined form and high-performance function, this new and more compact version will be much more readily available. With its 3.25-inch blade and lightweight-yet-stronger-than-steel titanium handles, the 0450 has a sleek and sophisticated look that, we think, makes it a perfect EDC.

ZT built it with an S35VN stainless blade that sharpens to a razor edge, holds it well, and can be resharpened easily. The knife opens smoothly and easily with the KVT ball-bearing opening system and built-in flipper. A titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert ensures solid lock up. Polished pivot hardware just adds to the 0450's refined good looks.

Factory X's first replica from Tim Burton's film, "Sleepy Hollow," is The Axe of the Headless Horseman! Using the actual prop from the movie as a reference, Factory X has created an extremely accurate replica of the iconic weapon of the Headless Horseman.

Two feet long (about 61 cm), the Headless Horseman's Axe is made of the highest quality stainless steel and other materials, and comes with a ready-to-mount graphic wall plaque.

Reproduction of the xiphos sword, used one-handed in ancient Greece often as a secondary weapon after the dory spear.

The blade typically measured between 40 and 60 cm and due to its leaf shape was suitable for both cutting and point attacks. The handle was simple, usually made of wood or bone, and had a crossbar to protect the hand.

It was mainly used as a secondary weapon by the hoplites, the heavily armed infantry soldiers of ancient Greece. Their main weapon was the dory, a long spear, but in close combat or when the spear broke, the xiphos became a lethal weapon for defence and short-range attacks.

In addition to its military role, the xiphos was also used for hunting and personal defence. It was a popular weapon among Greek citizens, both men and women, and was often carried as a sign of social status.
