  1. Global knives - G458110/AB - 3 knives set - 40TH ANNIVERSARY

GLOBAL Japanese knives are the favourite of chefs in the world's most prestigious hotels and restaurants.
The first GLOBAL knife was designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada, who gave the knife he created a revolutionary new design.

The main features of the GLOBAL knives are:
    - Lightness: GLOBAL was the first company in the world to make a knife from steel, hollow in the handle. This feature reduces the weight of the knife by 30%.
    - Ease of handling: Thanks to the lightness and anatomical shape of the handle, GLOBAL knives lend themselves to continuous and prolonged use, reducing user fatigue to a minimum.
    - Blade hold: GLOBAL knives are manufactured using the best steels and the most modern processing techniques. A high percentage of Molybdenum/Vanadium is present in the blades, thanks to which the hardness of the steel reaches 56/58 Rockwell, thus increasing the life of the edge.
    - Robustness: as GLOBAL knives are made entirely of steel (both handle and blade) they are practically indestructible.
    - Elegance

More and more consumers buy with their eyes first and perceive details that we sometimes don't pay attention to. The way in which products are presented and the way in which the fruit and vegetable counter is set up is therefore becoming truly strategic! A successful and appealing idea comes from the so-called 'carving' of fruit and vegetables. It seems that the first evidence of the art of fruit and vegetable carving dates back to the end of the 14th century in Thailand. During royal celebrations, fruit sculptures were placed in crowns made of woven banana leaves and given to the river as a sign of purification and thanksgiving. The idea is said to have come from the emperor's wife, who was the first to prepare a buffet of fruit and vegetables transformed into flowers and animals. The secret to achieving impressive sculptures is to buy products with a solid consistency and to use lemon juice to prevent the compositions from turning black. Carrots, tomatoes, pineapples, radishes... are products that stimulate very creative carving. And in this season definitely melon and watermelon. 45. Museum Replicas Windlass - Complete armor of Augusta - 300508 - 205 cm - handcrafted

Founded in 15 BC during the reign of Emperor Augustus, Augusta competed with other German cities for the title of the oldest city in Germany. The old part of the historic center is considered the third largest in Germany, after Hamburg and Cologne.

The imperial city of Augsburg was renowned for its armor makers, which included the Helmschmied family and the master gunsmith Lorenz. The Helmschmied of Augsburg, Germany, were one of the most important late medieval European families of armorari / gunsmiths. Their name, sometimes also spelled Helmschmid, translates to "blacksmith helmet". The most important members of the family were Lorenz Helmschmied (active in 1467, died in 1515), Kolman Helmschmied (1471-1532) and Desiderio Helmschmied (1513-1579)

This armor is reconstructed on a model of the sixteenth century, manufactured by this illustrious foundry. Although it is made not to be worn, it retains all the aesthetic beauty and characteristics of full armor.

Handcrafted from 18 gauge mild steel and crafted by the artisans at Windlass Steelcrafts, this armor comes with a museum quality heavy wood pedestal base, decorative waist skirt, and wooden inner shape.

The helmet can accept up to three decorative plumes (sold separately).

Perfect for decorating a tavern, a living room, a business

  62. Global knives - GS 32/06 - Stainless steel chopsticks-set

-The tradition and experience of Global have led to the development of a new perspective in the world of professional knives.

The creation of this series came about thanks to Komin Yamada, the man who designed the first Global knife in 1985.

But since then, things have changed a lot and the need has arisen to approach everyday life in a more incisive way and with more personality, following the changes in a world that is now different from that of the past.

An entirely new, comfortable, ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip position for the thumb.

The thumb rests gently on the transition between handle and blade, thus providing a comfortable and relaxed grip.

As has already proven its worth in the classics for many years, in the Sai series the handle is filled with fine sand to perfectly balance the knife and ensure balanced work.
