Fine or coarse - that is the question here? When food is grated, it is usually needs to be grated either very finely or finely. With the new double blade grater, both blade variants are always at hand.

The fine blade is ideal for grating citrus fruits or grating various hard spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, tonka bean, but also Parmesan and hard cheese, as well as ingredients such as chocolate to refine or decorate desserts or drinks.
