The new Zero Tolerance 0609 is a smaller, even more carry-ready version of the original Factory Custom 0606CF from ZT, RJ Martin, and Matt Martin. Like the original, it offers a clean, streamlined look yet also has highly detailed handle machining that adds both grip and visual impact. For even more visual “wow,” the 3D-machined handle is built of light-yet-strong titanium that ZT has anodized in an attractive bronze.

The 3.4-inch blade is CPM 20CV, which provides enhanced toughness and resistance to edge chipping. It also delivers superior hardness, corrosion resistance, and excellent edge retention. The drop-point blade has a two-tone finish: machined satin on the grinds with a stonewashed finish on the flats. The new 0609 opens manually with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing opening system and the handy flipper so it’s always ready when you want it.

Last—but certainly not least—you’ll notice the oversized See-Through Pivot (STP). Designed by RJ Martin, this unique, pivot is hollow in the center, letting you “see through” it. The See-Through Pivot adds another intriguing touch to this already-attractive knife.

RED LINE encompasses all the technology of professional Berkel meat slicers. This professional electric slicer for home use is elegant and lightweight and is made of a special aluminium alloy.
The steel blade ensures a perfect cut to make thin and even slices while reducing waste. The built-in sharpener enhances blade efficiency and durability. The slice deflector, blade cover, and meat table can be removed easily to ensure quick and accurate cleaning operations.
Red Line is available in 3 standard colours: red, black, and cream, or in a wide range of custom colours.

Meat table removal
You can remove the meat table to clean it by simply moving the lever. Once you remove the meat table, the slicer automatically sets itself to safety mode and activates the CE lock. Putting the meat table back on unlocks the lever and makes the machine return to operating mode. An important innovation that allows the removal of the meat table with one swift movement and makes it easier to clean the slicer.

Blade cover removal
The blade cover is quick and easy to remove. All you have to do is rotate it by 90° and pull it out. This will make optimal cleaning an easy everyday task. Press the blade cover down gently to put it back into place ready for use.

Built-in sharpener
All Red Line slicers have a built-in blade sharpener. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position that does not require any adjustment, thereby ensuring the perfect angle for optimal sharpness.

Thickness adjustment knob
Red Line slicers are equipped with a built-in system that allows the gauge meat table to open up to 14 mm. The numbers on the adjustment knob refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimetres. This allows for the highest precision in slice thickness adjustment (especially the thinnest and most common) with a the highest repeatability.

Already back in 1100 expert Japanese forgers combined different materials to confer superior and unprecedented cutting potential potential, resistance and flexibility upon Katana swords.
Inspired by this tradition, Berkel has created its own series of Japanese SanMai steel knives. The blade consists of a central layer of extremely hard VG-10 steel, which maintains sharpness over a long time, and two outer sheets in stainless damascus steel, with 33 layers per side, for greater resistance to corrosion and torsion.

The blade

The Tribute meat slicer has a 100cr6 steel blade with a 300 mm diameter and a 195 mm round cutting capacity. It allows for a slice thickness that ranges between 0 and 2 mm. The concave shape of the blade touches the product only at the cutting point, thereby preventing any alteration in taste and scent.

Built-in sharpener

The Tribute flywheel slicers have a built-in blade sharpener. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position, which ensures the perfect angle for optimal sharpness.

Top clamp locking/unlocking system

The Zero Tolerance 0808BLU, with blue-anodized handle, is a sprint run built in a limited quantity.

The 0808 is a collaboration between ZT and custom knifemaker Todd Rexford and is based on his Cesium model. It features advanced-formula stainless steel and ZT’s smooth-as-silk KVT opening system. The 0808’s blade is built of Crucible S35VN stainless steel. This powdered metallurgy steel is extremely fine-grained so it can be sharpened to a razor edge. Added niobium and nitrogen enhance toughness to resist chipping and provide excellent edge retention. Yet it’s also easy to re-sharpen.

Opening is fast and simple with KVT. Caged ball bearings surround the pivot to make the blade quick and easy to open using the built-in flipper. With KVT, the 0808 is as easy to open as any assisted knife, but without the need for a spring.

The 0808GLD’s blade is paired with chamfered titanium handles that provide a solid, comfortable grip. The sturdy frame lock has a hardened steel lockbar insert to offer extra-secure, extra-solid blade lock up. The reversible pocketclip enables you to carry comfortably left- or right-handed.

This blue-anodized edition of the 0808, the 0808BLU, is a sprint run. Quantities are limited. Check with your local ZT dealer for availability.

For home use
RED LINE encompasses all the technology of professional Berkel meat slicers. This professional electric slicer for home use is elegant and lightweight and is made of a special aluminium alloy.
The steel blade ensures a perfect cut to make thin and even slices while reducing waste. The built-in sharpener enhances blade efficiency and durability. The slice deflector, blade cover, and meat table can be removed easily to ensure quick and accurate cleaning operations.
Red Line is available in 3 standard colours: red, black, and cream, or in a wide range of custom colours.

Meat table removal
You can remove the meat table to clean it by simply moving the lever. Once you remove the meat table, the slicer automatically sets itself to safety mode and activates the CE lock. Putting the meat table back on unlocks the lever and makes the machine return to operating mode. An important innovation that allows the removal of the meat table with one swift movement and makes it easier to clean the slicer.

Blade cover removal
The blade cover is quick and easy to remove. All you have to do is rotate it by 90° and pull it out. This will make optimal cleaning an easy everyday task. Press the blade cover down gently to put it back into place ready for use.

Built-in sharpener
All Red Line slicers have a built-in blade sharpener. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position that does not require any adjustment, thereby ensuring the perfect angle for optimal sharpness.

Thickness adjustment knob
Red Line slicers are equipped with a built-in system that allows the gauge meat table to open up to 14 mm. The numbers on the adjustment knob refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimetres. This allows for the highest precision in slice thickness adjustment (especially the thinnest and most common) with a the highest repeatability.

AdHoc developed the MRS. BEAN coffee grinder so that grinding your favourite varieties is effortless. It works manually using an energy-efficient crank handle but otherwise has nothing to do with great-grandma’s old-fashioned hand grinder with its totally modern and very stylish look in elegant stainless steel and acrylic design. MRS. BEAN is equipped with a high-performance CeraCutXL® grinder that preserves the flavour and produces large amounts. With the help of the six PRECISE+® grinding settings on the outside, results can be achieved from powder fine to coarse according to your preference and depending on which preparation method you are going to use. The grinder container holds approx. 50 grams of coffee beans. The collection container is designed for approx. 25 grams (on setting 2) of coffee powder and can easily removed by unscrewing. Adhoc has developed the MRS BEAN coffee grinder

so that grinding your favorite varieties is easy.

Ms. BEAN features the CeraCutXL ® high-performance coffee grinder for aroma-preserving grinding and high yield. Filling is done by simply pulling out the grinding crank.

The grounds container holds about 50 grams of coffee beans.

After grinding, fresh ground coffee falls into the grounds container, which is designed for about 25 grams of ground coffee (with a grind of 2).

This amount is sufficient for up to 4 cups of coffee.

The collection container is easily removable; it is unscrewed by simply rotating it.
