The elegant line of the knife block and the colour combination of the beech wood tones and the metal tones of the bases make up a set of great visual impact, combined with undoubted functionality. - Pay attention that the knives placed in the dishwasher bump other objects; the blades could be damaged.

- Knives guaranteed for dishwashers that are not immediately washed in the machine should be rinsed under the water tap to remove the remains of highly corrosive foods (fats, vinegar, fruit juices).

- Make sure if the knives no longer cut perfectly, have them rectified or sharpened by professionals in the sector.

The Amphibian is a true Marfione classic dating back over 20 years. It comes from a bygone era when Microtech knives could be both automatic and manual--in one. Here we have the manual version that incorporates Tony's RAM-LOK design with a reversible pocket clip and two thumb studs for a fully ambidextrous knife that sacrifices nothing in any way.
